After moving to Dallas and getting engaged, Monica and Jose decided that they didn’t want to wait until they could have their big wedding in Mexico in 2022. They wanted to married as soon as possible! So their families flew in for a sweet Courthouse ceremony, followed by a fancy dinner and portraits in this gem of a park, right in the middle of downtown.

An INSANELY delicious dinner while the Groom played DJ. A surprise custom bobble head cake topper. Oh, and did I mention that it was the first time I’ve eaten inside of a restaurant since February 2020 and I for sure cried just a few tears over that? Because I did. And then I enjoyed the heck out of myself and marveled at how spectacular the whole evening was.

I was nerrrrvou with a capital RRRR. But when I walked into the ballroom and saw the way the light and shadows played together by the huge windows, all of my nerves were replaced with excitement.
